Does WorkXFlow download any financial information?
No, WorkXFlow Planner is purely a work planning application and doesn’t keep any financial information. The integrated information is only towards jobs, tasks, staff, and clients such as task dates, durations, and assignees.
How much does WorkXFlow Planner cost?
The subscription for WorkXFlow Planner is USD 30/user per month, with a six-month free trial period.
How do I create a WorkXFlow account?
You can register to WorkXFlow Planner by clicking the WorkXFlow tile in the XERO app store or by visiting https://planner.workxflow.com/ and clicking the register link.
I received an error message that says I do not have access to connect to any XERO Practice Manager accounts.
This error means the Xero login you are trying to use to connect the integration does not have Administrator access. The "Authorised 3rd Party Full Access" is only given to those Xero users with Administrator access.

When and how does data sync occur? Is it manual, automatic, on login, in real-time? Are there any settings related to synchronizing?
Only the initial downsynch is automated. Thereafter data synching is via the upsynch and downsynch buttons on the main user interface as described in Using WorkXFlow Planner with XPM
